Childcare Tuition
Childcare tuition is calculated based on half day or full day student attendance.
A half day is defined as attendance for less than 5 total consecutive hours in childcare.
Please note that our half day rate is only available to students that come or leave our Preschool
program in the car line and spend fewer than 5 consecutive hours in childcare on those days.
A full day is defined as more than 5 total hours, but less than 12 total hours in the building.
Tuition Payments
Tuition payments are due on the first scheduled attendance day of each week. Payments received later than Friday
will incur a $15 late fee per child. Payment according to the tuition agreement is required regardless of attendance
or days off. If there is an outstanding balance of one week and payment arrangements have not been made, your child
may be removed from the program. Reinstatement will require payment of all past due tuition and fees,
plus the current week's tuition (providing space is still available in the class). If you are having difficulties
making payments, please contact the director or financial officer to discuss possible payment arrangements.
Payments by Check
Payments made by check, should be written to Oswego Christian Foundation or OCF.
You may either drop off your payments inside during office hours or mail them to Prairie Pals Preschool & Childcare,
33 Stonehill Road, Oswego, IL 60543. Please indicate the child(ren)'s name(s) in the memo field.
A $10 service fee will be incurred for any returned checks.
Payments by PayPal
Credit card payments can be made from home through our PayPal link.
Please note that we do not have the ability to process your credit card in the school building.
When making your payment, make sure to put in a quantity equal to your tuition payment.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to make adjustments to a future week's balance if an overpayment is submitted.
